6. Shipping Policy

Handling Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days.
Business Days: Monday through Sunday.
Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM local time.
Shipping Cost and Carrier: Free UPS Ground Shipping on all orders.
Returns: GotFaucet also covers return shipping costs, making returns completely free.

7. Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, our return and refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received or slightly used.
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free within this period.

Ship the Item: After approval, securely package the item and return it using the provided return label.

Refunds:

Return Shipping: GotFaucet covers all return shipping costs.
